Scope and roles
This Privacy Policy explains how Leadispatch collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit our website, create or use a Leadispatch account, communicate with us, or use our field service platform (the “Services”).
Companies using Leadispatch decide what customer, technician, employee, subcontractor, job, communication, and financial information they place in their workspace. For that Customer Data, the company is generally the business or controller and Leadispatch acts as its service provider or processor. This Policy also covers information Leadispatch handles for its own business purposes, such as account administration, website operation, support, and security.
Information we collect
- Account and profile information, such as name, email, phone number, password credentials, role, and company memberships.
- Company and workspace information, including business details, users, permissions, service categories, service areas, schedules, and configuration.
- Operational Customer Data, including job records, customer contact details, service locations, notes, assignments, status history, prices, payments, expenses, commissions, balances, and imported financial records.
- Communications data, including messages, delivery information, call activity, recordings or voicemails when enabled, and support correspondence.
- Technical and usage data, such as IP address, browser, device, timestamps, pages or features used, diagnostics, and security logs.
- Information received from connected service providers or integrations when a company enables those services.
How we use information
- Provide, maintain, personalize, and support the Services.
- Authenticate users, manage company access, and enforce permissions.
- Process jobs, messages, reports, exports, financial records, and installed app workflows at the direction of the customer company.
- Monitor reliability, troubleshoot problems, prevent abuse, and protect users, companies, and the Services.
- Improve existing features and develop new capabilities using information handled in accordance with our customer commitments.
- Communicate about accounts, service updates, support, and relevant product information.
- Comply with law, enforce agreements, and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
How information is disclosed
We may disclose information to the customer company and its authorized users; to hosting, communications, analytics, support, security, and other service providers that help us operate; when required by law or necessary to protect rights and safety; as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or transfer of business assets; or with your direction or consent.
Leadispatch does not use Customer Data to serve third-party behavioral advertising. Authorized company users may access information according to the permissions and company relationships configured in the Services.
Communications and third-party services
Features such as SMS, WhatsApp-related workflows, phone numbers, call routing, recordings, maps, email delivery, PDF generation, imports, and hosting may rely on third-party services. Their processing may also be governed by their own terms and privacy notices. Customer companies are responsible for configuring and using communication features lawfully, including obtaining required consent and honoring opt-out requests.
Retention and deletion
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain business and security records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention depends on the type of information, the customer company’s instructions, account status, legal requirements, and operational need. When information is no longer required, we take steps to delete, de-identify, or securely dispose of it.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Customers also play an important role by maintaining appropriate account access, permissions, devices, credentials, and internal procedures.
Privacy rights
Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection regarding personal information, and to appeal or complain to a regulator. Some rights are subject to exceptions. If Leadispatch processes your information for a customer company, please contact that company first; we will assist it as required. To submit a request directly to Leadispatch, email hello@leadispatch.com. We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting on a request.
International use
Leadispatch and its service providers may process information in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers and process information according to applicable legal requirements and our contractual commitments.
Children
The Services are designed for businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children in a manner that requires parental consent. If you believe a child has provided information directly to Leadispatch, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
Changes and contact
